Nearly all projects are billed at an hourly rate, currently $60/hour. There is no “rounding up” of time used, so each minute used for the project is tracked and invoiced, including email correspondence time, telephone meeting time, and travel time (when travel is requested by client).
Clients are asked to make an initial deposit for the work, at a minimum of several hours ($120) or more. When the deposit has been used, an invoice is generated and a second deposit is requested. At the end of the project, any time remaining is refunded completely.
The preferred payment method is by check, but cash and credit cards (through PayPal, no account required) are also accepted.
